• Customers must provide complete and accurate details for customization, including design specifications, product sizes, diamond sizes, engravings details, and material preferences (9KT,14KT,18KT, and coins 995 & 999) and metal colour preferences
• Design confirmations (sketches, CAD images, or descriptions) will be shared before production.
• Production begins only after final approval and receipt of advance payment.
3. Pricing & Payment
• Customized jewellery pricing varies based on design complexity, materials, and craftsmanship.
• A minimum advance payment of 50%–100% is required to initiate the order.
• The remaining balance must be cleared before dispatch.
• Prices once quoted and approved cannot be altered unless the design is modified.
4. Production Timeline
• Standard production time ranges from 10 to 30 business days, depending on complexity.
• Delays may occur due to design revisions, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Customers will be informed promptly of any changes in delivery timelines.
5. Design Changes
• Minor design changes may be accommodated before production begins.
• Once production has started, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges.

• If cancelled before production, a deduction fee may apply to cover design and administrative costs.
