Warranty Policy
Araiya by Aza Lifetime Warranty Policy
1. Warranty Coverage
Araiya by Aza warrants, for the lifetime of the original purchaser, that your piece is free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Flaws in setting or craftsmanship that compromise the structural integrity of the jewellery.
- Faulty metalwork manifesting as breakage or separation under normal wear.
- For lab-cultivated diamonds used in our pieces, any clouding, discoloration or optical diminution directly caused by manufacturing defects (rather than normal wear or misuse).
2. How to Make a Claim
To make a warranty claim:
- Retain your original invoice and certificate of authenticity issued at purchase.
- Notify our Customer Care team referencing your invoice number and explaining the issue.
- We will review your claim, and if valid, request you to send in the item for inspection.
- If manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the piece at our cost.
3. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Loss or theft of the jewellery or its components (e.g., missing stones).
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, neglect, exposure to harsh chemicals, or unauthorised modifications/repairs by third-parties.
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., surface scratches, thinning prongs through everyday use, patina of metal) or changes in appearance due to usage.
- Cosmetic changes not affecting the structure or function of the piece (e.g., minor scratching, slight metal discoloration) unless caused by manufacturing defect.
4. Conditions that Void the Warranty
The warranty becomes void if:
- The piece has been altered, repaired or serviced by anyone other than Araiya by Aza authorised technicians without our written approval.
- Evidence shows the damage was caused by mishandling, extreme wear beyond normal use, or improper care.
- The original receipt or authenticity certificate cannot be produced.
This warranty is non-transferrable and applies only to the original purchaser on the original purchase date.
