Are there any duties and taxes?
For customers within India, all prices specified on the website are inclusive of applicable Indian taxes. Araiya by Aza or its logistics partners will never ask customers to pay duties & taxes separately. Please do not click on any links or trust any emails, texts, or messages requesting payment of duties or taxes.
How do I know my order has been placed?
Upon placing your order, you will see an order confirmation number on your screen. You will also receive an email confirmation from us. In case there are any issues with processing your order, you will be notified via email.
How do I track my order?
Once you have placed an order, we will send you a tracking number/ AWB through an email. You will be able to view the date your item is in process as the date of shipment to the date of your item being in the process of delivery.

Most lab-grown diamond jewelry will be shipped as per the timelines mentioned on the product page. Depending on the style and any customizations requested, delivery schedules may vary after the order is placed.

Domestic (within India): Orders should reach the customer within 2 to 7 from the date of dispatch.
We offer ONLY “doorstep non-signature” delivery for all international shipments. This means the delivery person will leave the package at your door and provide proof of delivery electronically (photo or tracking update), instead of requiring a physical signature.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
If there is an error in the shipping address you specified at checkout, please email us at araiyasupport@azafashions.com or call us immediately. Once items have been dispatched, we are unable to change the shipping address or redirect orders.
Are my items insured?
Yes, all our jewellery pieces are insured from the time they leave our location until they reach your delivery address. Once a package is delivered (whether signed for or marked as delivered), it is no longer insured. If your product arrives damaged, please notify us via email or phone within 24 hours of receipt.
